I had a puppy, that urinated on my carpet, I would clean the spots, and of course discipline the dog.... BUT it made my home smell like urine.... so I had some carpet cleaning people come out and clean my carpets now that the puppy is fully house trained and now my house smells like wet dog, urine, and this sour, mildew wet smell. UGH! Is this normal, are they the chemicals kicking in? Will this smell ever go away? I opened my house up, to help and it still stinks.... ANY help, suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thank you!!!!!
Try another carpet steam-cleaning company. Try to find one that has special experience with pet odors. 4) Pull up your carpets and check the pads. Replace what is needed.
