Where can I buy cheap carpet tiles?
If you find some cheap carpet tile, let me know. There is not a carpet tile here in my store that is less than $25 per square yard. ($2.78/sf).
I found one site, American Carpet Wholesale that had tiles as low as $1 a sq. ft. The FLOR kind is expensive- some are around $5 a square foot. There are a few other sites, with just a simple cheap carpet tile search on yahoo, but many have some ridiculouly high shipping prices.
check out the carpet stores in the area. if you can't find the tiles, ask about remnants.
