We have a IT-28G Cat loader that we've been having charging issues with for about a week now. We've tried 3 brand new Cat alternators, new batteries, new belts, new starter relay.... still only charging at about 17.5 volts, it's a 24 volt system. Can anyone point me in the direction I need to go next?
if i knew where you were, i would point you to a mechanic. but id grind down connectors, and the ground, and make sure the ground is grounded.ground
If your machine has a stand alone voltage regulator I would suspect that as the problem.
