I couldn't be happier with my rainx latitude blades. They were acceptable at best during the blizzard that came through this past week, but by spraying on deicer it kept the ice from building up on them, then they worked fine. They don't make noise at all on rainy days, and they do their job exquisitely. I would however go about 1 inch shorter than recommended on my passenger side, because it overhangs and doesn't catch the windshield all the way due to the shape of my car.
All wiper blades will meet your priorities when new. Silicon blades tend to last longer than average.
