Ceramics help.?

HI. i take sculpture at my highschool, and we‘re doing ceramics for the first semester, and so far i‘ve gotten really positive feed back and i‘m really happy with what i‘ve done so far.so i was thinking about making some things for christmas presents this yearbut i need help with materials. i know i can get all the tools at the local micheals, but what about clay, glaze and kiln access?any help would be appreciated :] thankyou.

Answer:

Copper is not a valuable metal.those that buy will never be able to sell them for the purchase price.look at websites that sell Gold/Silverthere is a sell price AND a buy price. On websites selling copper there is ONLY a sell price.they don't want to buy it back.
It hasn't been suddenly. It might seem that way if you've only recently been paying attention. People have been selling these gimmick items to suckers for a long, long time.
Dork, Kiln access will be the biggest challenge. Look in the local Yellow Pages for Ceramic Shops. Some may fire your projects for you, but you may have to call a few to find the one that will. Another place to try is at ceramic suppliers, or look under kilns, too. Some ceramics suppliers do firing for people, but not all of them. Usually people buy their own kilns. If you can manage that you may be able to turn something you love into some paydays.
