I bought a mobile battery online and its capacity is great and I'm thinking of charging my laptop computer from it if possible. My laptop is a Lenovo ThinkPad. Do you have any idea ???
Laptop circuits are not designed to be charged from USB. The charger circuit is 12V, and USB is supposed to be protected from current surges from the outside. You can seriously damage your laptop in trying to charge it from a USB port. A USB is 5 volts. The input port is 11 to 18 volts for laptops, and the usb ports on a laptop are for power coming out of a laptop and not for going in. It is possible to get a 5V to the appx 12V input to the laptop, but it is not an advisable thing to do.

No, because the phone battery is of 3.7v and laptop batteries are of 7.2v or 9.6v or 10.8v . The charge flows through a circuit from higher potential to lower. So its impossible.
