Question:
chemistry HELP! oxidation and reduction?
Iron (II) oxide (Fe2 O3) will reach with aluminum metal (Al) to produce molten iron (Fe) and aluminum oxide (Al2O3) in an oxidation-reduction reactionThe balanced chemical reaction is: Fe2O3(s) + 2 Al(s) -gt; 2 Fe(l) + Al2O3(s)In this reaction: -name the oxidizing agent -name the reducing agent-recognizing that two Fe3+ ions are converted to 2 atoms of Fe in the reaction, how many electrons transfered?
Answer:
HmmThat's interesting, because I have a similar problem but instead, forget what I want to saySometimes I say things I don't remember saying or don't understand why I said themI've been forgetting so much lately, especially wording, and diction throughout my sentences, but I try to find the definition of the words I have forgottenAs for everything else, I have a real problemI don't remember many things, and it really saddens me, especially that I am still so very youngYou should get this checked out, my problem is due to my anemia and the fact that I don't have enough blood supply to my brain so I can keep up with the things that I do.
Its called anomia I'm 32 and have had it since I was youngI dont know if its normal though
It can be a number of thingsMaybe you're stressed outMaybe you can't keep yourself focusedEither way, unless it begins to affect you more and more then i'd recommend a neurologist to see if your head is okayI'm not saying you're crazy but sometimes people develop tumors and such out of the blueI'm paranoid i have tumors in my brain which explain my migraines but its all in my head.
I'm 25 and I've been doing the same thing latelyI'm fairly scatterbrained to begin with but it drives me nuts when it happensIt's almost like my brain just freezes for a few secondsMy dad has always had the same problem and I used to tease him about it but now it happens to me fairly often.
LEO the lion says GER Lose Electrons Oxidize(d), Gain Electrons Reduce(d) 2Fe3+ + 6e- → 2Fe electrons are gained, so Fe is reduced 2Al → 2Al3+ + 6e- electrons are lost, so Al is oxidized.
