I want to take a Chemistry lab, but on the first day, I heard the safety rules about the danger of Chemical spills or splashes on skin and clothing and might need to strip to use the shower overhead. I am freaking out and worried about the dangerous of chemicals that will be used. I am hesitant to take the beginning college Chemistry class and lab. What should I do? And how can I reduce this feeling of anxiety?
