well there will be a mark on your record and then you will have to probably pay more for insurance because you were in a crash and they dont trust you.
Gravity is caused by mass, not by movement. By general relativity, mass increases when you approach very high speeds (approaching the speed of light), but movement in the traditional sense is not a preqequisite for mass. All particles are moving on a sub-nanoscopic level, and that contributes to mass in a way regarding quantuum theory, but the movement of the sun as a collective has nothing to do with that.
The show often likes to show the murders indirectly, through little details- stuff like blood spraying onto Dexter's face shield (though you never see what he's doing to the body), blood seeping out onto the table, the person's legs twitching as he's electric-sawing some part of them off, stuff like that. You do get to see him use a scalpel on his victims' cheeks, but it's a really simple cut, not gross (at least, not to most people, I think). There are very few gory wounds, if any- I'm having trouble of thinking of them. Every once in a while you might see a severed body part, like an arm or a leg when he's cleaning up. Quite honestly, I don't think Dexter's kills have much gore at all to them (that's shown on camera, I mean- obviously the kills themselves are quite gory). You're more likely to be squicked out by what other murderers in the show do- I think they had a murdered couple who was found in a house all covered by maggots, which was pretty gross. There was also a storyline about a guy who skinned people's backs, so you got to see a shot or two of one of those victims, and another storyline featuring a decapitated head with the eyes cut out, stuff like that. I can't say whether or not you could handle it, but I'd seriously give it a try- Dexter is suuuuuch a great show, particularly the first few seasons. Totally worth it!
I'm thinking of watching it myself. Right now I'm on the fourth season of 'lost' amazing show. I would guess its not too gory
