i've been having chest pain since the beginning of january for some unknown reasonsi had an ultra sound of my chest, xray, blood and urine test, and that stress test thing.but everything came out normal except my blood tests.my cholesterol level is 173 (which is normal the doc said) my LDL cholesterol level is 100 and my HDL cholesterol level is 32.BUT my triglyceride level shot up to 206.which he said was highand i don't understand because triglycerides are made from the excess of carbs i dont use.or whatever it isbut i'm 6'1'' and weigh 165 and i'm 17.so it's not like i'm overweight or old when these kindda probs happenmy glucose was normal.it was 80 i thinkdoes anyone know what the risks of having high triglycerides are? and the doctor doesn't knoweither it's from a rib out of place or can it be from my crap for a diet? i've never had this problem beforewhat kind of diet can lower the triglycerides? any website i can look at that deals with this problem?
