I've been constipated for a long time, years, but sometimes it goes away after some fancy meals here and thereI don't know if it's my diet or my habit of going to empty my bowelsEither way, I would like some suggestions to high fiber content food which is fun and tasty like bananasGranola bars? I don't know!thanks!
In art class we did a project with paper macheBasically we got a piece if cardboard, cut into the shape we wanted, and then we balled up pieces of newspaper taped them to the cardbord so that the whole thing was coveredThen after that we nade our mix which consisted of simply flour water, and we dipped strips of newspaper in the mix covered the objectYou wanna do 5 layers in all so do like 2 layers a day( this way it has time to dry harden properly) but um yea our projects turned out pretty awesomely by using this methodHoped i helped (:
Large Paper Mache Projects
not high in fiber, but important anyhow;; drink water, the 5-8 glasses a day that everyone talks about;; well, you should be doing;; also yogurt exercise actually specifically work on the bowels;; so if ya dont have these in plan, get it going, THEN worry about your fiber.good luck.
I once made a huge paper mache sun using a punching ball balloon, ya know the ones with the rubber band attached that you punchJust blow it up, put the strips over it and pop the balloon once it driesThen cut in half if you only want it coming out of the wallThe bigger the balloon the bigger the hillGood luck :)
For a horse you will definitely need a framework, called an armatureYou can make this out of wire, with thicker wire for the basic stick figure and thinner wire wrapped around itThen take a lot of newspapers, tear them into strips about 1-2 cm wide (find the direction of the grain, newspaper is really easy to tear in one direction) and mix up some white flour with water until it's about the consistency of pancake batterDip the paper strips into the paste and apply them to the frame, following the contours of the armatureSmooth out any wrinkles and get rid of excess globs of paste with your fingersKeep putting on strips, wrapping them in an overlapping arrangement, for several layersYou can let the work dry and then carry on with more layers if it doesn't seem quite doneSince the paste is so cheap to make you don't need to worry about throwing some out and mixing a fresh batchLet the work air dry and then you can paint it and varnish itThis is by far the cheapest and easiest papier mache techniqueThere are also pre-shredded mixtures and some use pva glue thinned with water, which also works fine.
