Classification of evaporators
The indirect heat source heats the walls of the vessel to pass the evaporated solution.
Direct heat source heating It is the fuel and air mixed, so that the combustion of high temperature flame and flue gas directly through the nozzle into the evaporation of the solution to heat the solution, so that the evaporation process of solvent vaporization.
Boiling Evaporation: The solution is heated to boiling point and evaporated in boiling state.
Natural evaporation: the solution evaporates at a temperature below the boiling point, such as sea salt, in which case the solvent is vaporized only on the surface of the solution and the solvent vaporization rate is low.
