What chemicals used to produce a computer chip make up the green stuff that you see on the motherboard?

the computer chips are made from SiO2, Al, Cu, W, As, Ti, TiN, P, and a few other materials. The chips are then packaged in ceramics. the mother board consists of lines of copper, solder, etc on reinforced plastic sheets which are then coated with phenolic resins. that resin is what you see that appears green
