I've got some 6 oz beef tenderloins I want to cook.Grilling is not an option (unfortunately). ANyone have any recommendations?Should I bake? If so, what temp setting, how long, etc.Should I cook in skillet? Use oil/butter?Give me something good!

There are not a lot of things you can do with your horse that will actually pay money, let alone pay for the horse. Horses at the top of the eventing field go for tens of thousands of dollars. There is travel and entry fees to consider, stabling and a ton of other stuff. Are you independently wealthy now? You will need to be to be able to afford to try to make a career out of a hobby.
I would say the chances are 50/50 on it working out. However, it really depends on how much effort you both put into maintaining the relationship and for what period of time it is to be long distance. My daughter has been dating a young man from another state for a year now, they see each other about twice a month, talk on the phone email daily, and it has worked well. Of course they don't plan on the relationship being long-distance forever.
