Tonight, I am making dinner for my family, and I have decided on steamed broccoli, mashed potatoes and Montreal ChickenI use the spice quot;Montreal chickenquot; I start by putting aluminum foil on a baking sheet, and of course washing the chickenPreheating to 350, I put the chicken on the baking sheet, and sprinkle the 'Montreal chickenquot; on it and the pour some Italian dressing on topSuper easy, my only problem is everything around the chicken burns! The chicken doesn't, in fact it turns out amazing! I just don't want the extra stuff on the foil to burnHow do I keep that from happening???
It's probably the dressing that is burningI would marinate the chicken in Italian dressing instead of pouring it over the chicken.
