Do you charge less the more you lay?
do somebody know where I can get pallets in Richmond VA
I got mine at a lumber yard for free. Also, if you drive around behind business's you may find some. These things are all over the place if you know where to look. The merchants are glad to get rid of them and may even pay you to take them away. Lumber yards or building supply centers are your best bet.
It's perfect if you are just starting out or if you're a seasoned carpenter. you will like it for sure ! It has almost 20.000 woodworking plans and you have a CAD/DWG software to view and edit the plans. You have step-by-step instructions with photos and high quality blueprints and schematics. If you are a beginner this is the easiest way to start your woodworking projects, and if you already have experience you can anyway find a lot of interesting ideas!
In addition to merchandisers (stores), any type of manufacturer will generally have lots of these. If you can find someone in your area who processes steel, there are some truly awesome pallets to be had from the steel companies; hardwood 4x4 skids that coils of steel are delivered on. Any source that deals with suppliers overseas will occasionally have pallets made of exotic species (here in the U.S. anyway). I've got piles of Teak salvaged from crates that originated in India and Mahogany from Asia. Make sure you take along a pair of heavy work gloves when collecting and always ask permission first before taking anything. Good manners can often lead to very beneficial relationships.
