Question:

Cracked heat exchanger?

I cleaned the burners but still doing the same thing. My video of it.

Answer:

Looks like a clogged air mixing chamber to me. Ever use an oxy-acetylene torch and cut off the oxygen and it shoots out a long yellow flame? If you did clean the burners, then it may be partially clogged on the inside. I would try shutting it off and using a shop vac and/ or a bottle brush. Good luck.
front not attached completely
You need to check and make sure your flue is clear. 2nd do a smoke test. Get an in cent light it, and hold it in each burner chamber. If the smoke pulls itself up then you have a crack, Natural draft would pull it. Then you would know. Id say from the video it quite possible that its cracked. You would have had heavy deposits. If the furnace is over 15 years then that would not surprise me.
