Question:

Curie Point of ceramic magnets?

What is the curie point of ceramic magnets in Celsius/Kelvin? Like those from radio shack made with iron and metallic oxides.

Answer:

Go on the injen website they have great quality intake systems
well if your willing to spend some good money on it, buy a KN intake system. It is the best intake out there, cost around 200-250$.
it is about 570° C (1,060° F) for the common magnetic mineral magnetite.
Ceramic ferrite magnets have a Curie point of 450-460°C.
Try moroso, they make great cold air intakes for gm performance cars.
