You can spend all the money you want on a fancy bed, but they will still prefer a small cardboard box over anything. Try it :)

I agree with the answer above me. I've had several cats in my life and they've all had these fancy toys before. But in reality if you just pull out some string, a straw, or a cardboard box; they'll have a field day with it! And it even gets you on the floor playing with them which brings you closer to your cats. Me and my boyfriend could spend hours on end just waving a straw around for them to smack at. It's quite fun and like I said, it brings you closer!
