Hi, me and my gf have just gone on holiday for a bit and it's freezing cold in the house as there's no heating coming through at all! Unfortunately, the owners are uncontactable and so we can't them to come and fix it for us. The boiler leads to Vysa - Therm 2500 underfloor heating things, which should be in working order and I've set them up well using the manual. It's just the boiler, which, apart from one semi hot pipe, seems to be off. It's plugged in with an on switch so I think it's connected, it's just not running. Can someone advise me as to what to do? Thanks
Thats not a boiler ,thats a pressurized hot water cylinder,for your domestic hot water. If its turned on ,its heating up the hot water.Which is why you have hot water,and the pipe feels hot. Find the boiler ,and turn that on!If its on-turn up the room stat(Ifyou can findit)
