Should the Electric Chair be legal in all states? And used more often in death penalty cases?
I think it should be like it is in Texas, lethal injection. Not that these people cared about their victims.

Some states don't have the death penalty. The EC is a prime example of cruel and unusual punishment.........
it needs to be used again. seriously, these killers take the lives of innocent people, and we reward them by giving them chemicals that put them to sleep with no pain? they devserve the pain of the electric chair. they need to feel the ppain they cause people. thousnads of jolts of electricity coursing thru a murderer's body is what i call justice.
