Deliberately not fire engines, how to punish?
Article fiftieth of the law on the punishment of public security administration commits one of the following acts, a warning or a fine of not less than two hundred yuan; if the circumstances are serious, it shall be detained for not less than five days and not more than ten days, and may also be fined not less than five hundred yuan:(1) refusing to carry out the decisions and orders issued by the people's Government in accordance with the law in the state of emergency;(two) obstructing the staff members of state organs in performing their duties according to law;
If a fire truck is deliberately avoided, or if it prevents him from performing an urgent task, he may be fined two hundred yuan or less, and if the circumstances are serious, he may be detained for not less than five days but not more than ten days, and may also be fined not less than five hundred yuan.
(three) fire trucks, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles, police cars and other vehicles that impede the execution of urgent tasks;(four) forcibly rushing into the warning zones and warning zones set up by the public security organs.Whoever obstructs the people's police in performing their duties according to law shall be given a heavier punishment
