Answer:

who knowsi decided to give it a try as well, because it can't hurt- acai berries are really really high in antioxidants, more than poms and more than blueberriesif you go get it, look at the potency of different brands though, some are super weak and you have to take three in a dayi went for the juice version- i drink an ounce a day- very bitter, but not badit is very potentand your body absorbs it bettergot it at whole foods(who, if you keep the reciept, will take it back if you don't like it also- maybe not if you drink the whole bottle though.) it costs essentially a dollar a daythe only real difference i have seen if more energybut i haven't tried it for very long either.
one way is grilling the potato's and putting garlic and salt or garlic salt on it with olive oil and adding a sprig of mint or boil the potato's and the smash them with a potato smasher or mash them with a mixer add loads of butter salt pepper and shredded cheese (cheddar is the best) you can add garlic or garlic salt if you like garlic its optional.
If they're genuine first in-season new potatoes - not something forced in outer Mongolia or wherever, and flown in and left on the s'market shelf in a state of 'within an inch of their lives' - just boil them swiftly but gently, and finish with fresh butter and some finely chopped apple- or spearmintThey'll just speak for themselvesNot to be missed:-)
Mmmm New potatoes are awesome, How about coating them with some canola oil, or olive oil, put a little seasoning salt on them, and oven bake them, then will be so very tasty.
