Okay.So i'm going to start lifting heavy weights with lower reps setsafter that im gonna do cardio for 30 minutes.5 days a week.but work different parts of my bodies on different days so I don't overwork my muscles.I'm not asking to lose or gain weight.Just to tone my muscles. What should I eat? don't tell me a lot of protein because I know that's not the key.I need a diet with protein, carbs, high fiber.Name foods I can eat.in the morningfoods I can take to school without it smelling or spoiling.Or spilling xD

I must ask how this dress turned out as i myself want to use thia as my wedding dress and the pattern on ravelry doesnt do the pattern justiceIm really curious how yours turned out.
If the pattern is Alora Evening Gown, I just finished mineBy 1930s standards, I m a size 20-22, so I had to use bigger needlesI used Loops Thread Woolike (light fingering/fingering)Lots of things you have to consider before making itBut the most important things you must consider is your size knitting tension.
somebody that works in that save knows, or knows who you may touch for that informationinspite of each and every little thing, how are you able to alter their product in case you won't be able to be certain the nicely suited yarn?
Well, a quick search of Ravelry shows that the Minerva yarns are all no longer available, so I'm assuming that they went out of businessHowever, depending on the weight of yarn required, there are several other boucle yarns that I'm sure would work just as well: Rare Essentials Boucle (bulky-weight, merino/alpaca blend) Boucle Merino Superwash (aran-weight, merino/nylon blend) Alpaca Boucle (super-bulky-weight, alpaca/nylon blend) And plenty moreIf you just search boucle in Ravelry's yarn database, you'll get a long list of available brands and suchIf you don't have a Ravelry account, I'd highly recommend it-it's free, and a valuable resource to any knitter/crocheterPatterns (some free, some require buying), lists of yarn, and it's a community of amazingly talented knitters/crochetersHope I helped, and good luck with your dress!
Oatmeal would be great for breakfast because it is packed with fiber, good carbs and proteinGoji berries are a great pocket snack.high in fiber and protein, granola, fruit that doesnt need to be cold like bananas, kiwis and apples
