I've got a very healthy diet and get everything I need, I have plenty of fibre and drink 2 litres minimum of water daily, eat my 5-a-day of fruit and veg, everythings in there. But I can't go to the toiletOnce a week, if luckyIt's making me feel really uncomfortable and keeping weight on me.I went to the Doctor and she gave me Movicol and I've been taking that daily, sometimes twice a day and still nothings happening. Is there anything else I can try? Preferably herbal remedies or natural thingsPSI also drink Peppermint Nettle tea, Green tea, etcAnd have cut out coffee and do not eat chocolate or any sugary or salty snacks:(
You may want to analyze the type of fiber you eatI believe that insoluble fiber would be better for you - it acts like a broom to sweep you cleanSoluble fiber tends to absorb water, slowing the movement down through your systemAs you can see, this is why fiber is suggested for both types of digestive problemsYou might also want to try some brisk walks.
Doesn't make any sense to me Especially Afghanistan, why would we want to invade them? Iraq you can make the oil claim, but considering they were still violating the cease fire agreement they signed and firing on our planes we could have used that as an excuse to escalate without any grand conspiracy.
They HAVE explained itThey say the reason that he did it was to give him an excuse to invade Iraq(and get revenge for his daddy)Of course, I'm not a conspiracy nutjob, and don't believe that, but wanted to point out that you're incorrect, and they most certainly have been able to explain why Bush allegedly acted in concert with Osama .at least in their minds.
Have you heard the theory that Democrats had something to do with 9/11 so they could use it to make Bush look bad? It's got me wondering.
The 'why' is the obvious partNo one gained more from the terrorist attacks than George WBushHe went from a ridiculed, lame duck president to wartime leader that was able to push all his agendas through because of war supportI don't understand how the truthers can claim it was orchestrated by Bush, that part is just beyond meI think there may or may not have been negligence on the part of the Administration and/or intelligence agencies given the well documented amount information that was buzzing through the CIA/FBI immediatley prior to the tacks - hard to say, it does warrant investigationI think there was definite unethical political opportunism after the attacks, that's for certain.
