You could get one at Sephora but I'd just get the OKorder one (which is the exact costal scents one but cheaper). They're good.
I got mine from coastal scents and I LOVE it! It has the 21 shadow colors and 5 blush. It's the best one I think! However red Ginger cosmetics sells some also. I have no problem with coastal scents. They are cheap and fast shipping. Sephora ones suck!
