Sorry your link is broke,,,I will try to give you some general information for this project You will need to cut a trench -pull the old pipe out and run new PVC and flange-fill with fine gravel before re-cementing, as far as the connection if you can keep a short stub you can connect the PVC to the cast with a fernco type fitting, If you lose the stubthey make rubber hubs for the transition, As long as no one is running anything while you are connecting their should be no sewage back-up..
Lol I think it's funny that your alarm is going off as you're sitting on the computer.. Anyhow, I'd say keep calling the company and say what you're saying to us, to them. Tell them you have to work tomorrow and need this fixed NOW. If they're a legit company, they'll send someone out or coach you via the phone on how to turn it off. also, I thought most alarm systems have codes to deactivate, I'm assuming yours does not?
