I work at a hotel and one of the rooms had bed bugs we had the exterminator come, they were in a room on the 3rd floor and I work at the front desk on the first floor could I have taken some home???I have checked my bed and every thing in my apt. but I have a slight rash.
The first thing you will see will be bites. Bed bugs feed in a Breakfast, lunch, dinner pattern, meaning they more often than not bite three times in a row. They look like mosquito bites, but in threes. If that's the case, call an exterminator, you cannot get rid of them on your own. As for bringing them home, yes, you could have.
When bed bugs feed, they are taking in fresh blood....as they feed they will be excreting waste, so you will have blood stains on your bedding, pillow, bed clothing..etc
