Question:

Do they actually put ink in the fire alarm?

Do the fire alarms have ink in them, so when you pull it they squirt on you? I was wondering because some idiot kid pulled the fire alarm at school and he put a glove over it.

Answer:

yup u will! so be careful not to enter a building on a rainy dayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
Not normally, the bulk of the discharge doesn't migrate through you, sort of the same reason birds can land on power lines.
When I was at school I had fire drills in the winter times, plus it is mandatory in my county to have fire drills every month. When I was attending boarding school Upstate, NY we had dorm fire drills and school fire drills in the winter months. Plus here is a story what happened in January of 00 at boarding school in the freezing cold weather. The dorm parent was building a fire in the fire place that night, well in the middle of the night the fire alarm came on. We all went out to the freezing cold to escape. The fire trucks came and they told us that sparks from the fire went thought the sender blocks. It was a real emergency. Plus we had to sleep in the student center. There were damage to the upstairs floor. Plus the temp was in the teens, and some of the girls went out with no slippers and no bath robes.
I suppose I'm a bit like that. I wear make-up and take pride in my appearance. But I have short hair which I do and I NEVER wear dresses or heels. I do wear feminine clothes, but am rarely out of plimsolls/trainers. I suppose it's just not labelling yourself. it's not like you walk up to a girl and say hi, I fancy you, I'm butch. you are what you are. :D
It depends Electricity wants to find the easiest path to the ground. That's why tall buildings have lightning rods. They have a low resistance and can allow the electricity to travel safely down into the ground. If a building has a higher resistance when the lightning strikes, then it will heat up, possibly causing combustion. Typically, the lightning will be diverted around you, unless you are touching something metal. That's why it's advised that you not take a shower during a lightning storm. The shock can come up the pipes, through the water, and into you. barring that scenario, you shouldn't be zapped by lightning inside a building. However, a building like a house may catch fire, so you could get hurt that way.
