Up to the tester, but usually, they will have you drive in the city, make you show that you know how to change lanes, make legal turns (left and right), know how to full stop at a stop sign, turn legally from there, and be able to back up in a straight line, when I took my test they didn't have me drive on the freeway, or parallel park, it just depends on the tester I suppose Just remember they also pay attention to other things, like two hands on the wheel at the 9 and 3 position, you are maintaining a good speed, with the flow of traffic but not speeding, and that you are maintaining situational awareness (checking your mirrors)
