Question:

Do you have a company procedure for Employee Personal Protection Equipment?

Currently we issue rubber boots, safety glasses, aprons, and gloves to employees. We have no procedure relating to the PPE being lost by the employee and replaced by the company. The employees loose it or misplace it, go to the store room and are issued additional PPE, without any charge. This creates no accountability to care for their personal PPE, and adds cost to the company. Do you have a policy which relates to this that you can share, and I could modify to tailor it to our company?

Answer:

Yes. It also keeps you from ripping the rear end out and keeps your pinion angle correct.
No. A peephole or window by or in the door works just as well. Unless you have an apartment. Even then, just a regular door intercom is fine. The video ones are rather fancy.
