I am living in a 10 year old modular houseI was pre-assembled and trucked in on 2 trucks and craned onto the foundationWe had an instant house! The quality was far superior to that of a stick-built house and we have no complaintsThe walls are all square and the floors are all perfectly level; something impossible in a normal home! There are many companies on the web that sell homes like thisWe even got to tour the factory and see our house being assembled! We happened on land and the house was vastly cheaper than any other we sawI highly recommend this.
