The brins is right on course. Take duct tape and wrap around your fingers with the sticky side out and see if that works. Duct tape is stickier then the lint roller and will work better. Give credit where credit is due the brins has the right idea!

If the gun range has more than one lane, then eye protection also protects the shooter from all of that stuff coming from the other guns being fired at the range too. Eye protection should be worn at all times when shooting.
Check the roller. Might have thread or hair. There is a rubber belt that spins it. If the roller is jamed the band will smell and break and you will have to replace it.
