Laptop would be a great. Laptops are getting so cheap, and it saves you spaces, and also, you can carry it anywhere to use it. As wireless getting more and more popular, most of the coffee shops/ hangout places are providing free wireless internet. Can't take advantage with that with a desktop
I have and use both. Around the house, it's the desktop for me, but I do a lot of getting out and about, doing historical and genealogical research, and that's when my Toshiba laptop comes in real handy. Got to admit, though - in a college dorm room things get real crowded, so a laptop would be my choice there.
I have a desktop and I prefer a desktop. I mean, playing games on desktops are better than slow laptops. Yes! It does feel like a computer because they've been around more longer than laptops!
i have a laptop and they r cool. dont get me wrong. but sometimes i would perfer a desktop. they r better for games and other things. so i would say both, depoends on wht u want it for.
