Toy vacuum cleaners, mops, pretend kitchens and stuff like that?? Isnt that kind of wrong? Seriously.
I don't think so...my daughter (she is 7 now) when she was younger, like 2 or 3, always wanted to help around the house. She insisted! I got her then those vacuum cleaner and the kitchen for little girls and she really enjoyed playing with them. They were safer anyway although now, I have to ask her to do something around the house...... They are children, they want to experiment.
the market settles all accounts. If there demand for any other toys we would supply you. You want a six foot purple sock? Place your orders, I would be happy to design and sell it. I would cover you in peanut butter and sell you a rhinocerous if it were profitable. Little girls want to play mommy, they learn thier roles from society not the toy isle. It may even be innate, much as half the fems don't like the idea. Some feminists accept societal roles while still wanting some fairness and love.
Yes it's very wrong. Girls are conditioned from a young age to think that changing poopy diapers is fun. Have you seen those dolls that come with a bottle you feed it and then it leaves a surprise in the dolls diaper? I find that seriously disturbing! Thank God my parents bought me cool toys and didn't care if I played with dolls, airplanes or AT-AT walkers.
My daughters love boy toys. When they get happy meals they always ask for the boy toys. They have just as many dinasaurs as they do dolls. An equal mix is good.
Nah, it's training the women folk for when they get older...or so I've been told by many men. Plus, if you get them the toy brooms and vaccum cleaners, they can practice riding them before they get their permits in witch school.
