My understanding is this is a blocker program and if you cant just add/remove them perhaps your not supposed to. uld be your a kid trying to get past your parents limits to your browsing or someone on a computer that has limits your trying to bypass.

Go onto Youtube, Scroll all the way down, It should say Language, Location and then Safety mode. Click on safety mode and you should be able to change it.
