Question:

Do you use your rear brake on your motorcycle?

Just a random poll. I hear many people say they never use their rear brake, I was taught to use both even though the front should still provide more stopping power.

Answer:

a few seconds of front before adding back brake then apply pressure to both until you come to a controlled stop,
Hi sweets. sorry for his words from the night before, but she is ever forgiving. great expression shared by two, leaving room for introspection. Good on you guys. Hugs.
We love our wives, but they gotta let us watch football. Afterwards, we'll love them more (depending on whether our team wins or not).
On the street, I use the rear alone at very slow speeds (walking pace and below). I also apply it lightly, just before applying the front, at higher speeds. It helps to weight the front tire. I will also use the rear brake pedal to flash the brake lights when i'm being followed too closely. On the track, I don't use the rear brake, except when coming into the pits.
I use the rear brakes, more than the front brakes. But I don't ride a sport bike, I ride a touring bike. The front tire on a sport bike provides more traction, than it does on a cruiser or a touring bike. A motorcycle is not a passenger car, the brakes are used differently. You should use both brakes until you almost come to a stop, then front only. You should use the brake according to the type of bike you ride. If you ride a sport bike, use more front than rear. If you ride a standard bike, or duel sport bike use both evenly. If you ride a cruiser, touring, or a chopper, use the rear more than the front. The last thing you want to do, is lock up the front tire, you will crash if you do.
