I have a venus flytrap and it says it needs a lot of light. Im just wandering if fluorescent light bulb will help.
Any light bulb produces artificial light. But the wavelengths are similar to sunlight. There are grow lights that have more uv, but you do not want them as your only source of light, uv is not good for the eyes. some outside and some light from fluorescent or incandescent will do fine.
If the bulb produces sufficient ultraviolet, it would. I dont' think of a prevalent bulb would. i think of if it ought to offer you a sunlight burn it probable is sufficient to kind nutrition D.
ANY light bulb produces artificial light. To help your plant, you can buy UV bulbs at most any big-box hardware store.
