Does anybody know how to make these type of bracelets.(picture)?
change the sheets once a week and vacuum the mattress before putting on the new sheets.this will remove all dust mites (dead and living) and their eggsWhen you wash the sheets and mattress cover.use bleachthis will kill all the gross germs you put onto them
don't forget to check the air vents, check around the vents for dust, mites etc, if you have central heating and AC change out the filter every 3 months, don't leave windows ope because dust particles might come in, if you have a pet don't let it in, dogs and cats and other creatures carry germs, and/or bacteria int your room.
I don't know but I suspect that either small round rods (like short lengths of toothpick) or even several thicknesses of yarn or other fiber are placed on the background, then a couching stitch is used over them to completely cover You might want to look up info on weaving bracelets or woven bracelets to see if you can find out more HTH, Diane B.
