I mean does anyone have instructions on how to do this plus where I can get the files. I don't have internet at home so if possible I need the instructions on how this works WITHOUT connecting to the net.
download nus downloader this downloads the files you need for whatever cIOS i have to use this because for some reason my wii wont go through the internet to download it - the website should explain how to use it but i cant tell you exactly what files because there are many different ones - just get the latest i guess good luck
