Your nutritionist is niceMyself and my daughter do a similarI usually get a small zip lock bag and fill it with cut back up vegetables or fruitit is likewise possible to have a decrease fat granola bar (specific ok bars are secure and weight friendly), some crackers with low fat cheese or easy peanut butter, or some nuts and a few cheese, or a yogurt (small one, fat loose)it is likewise possible to have one million/2 a sandwich on entire wheat bread with a slice of tomatoe, darkish green leaf lettuce and lean turkey meat with an fairly small quantity of low fat mayonnaise.
split and shaped pvc pipe makes a good naturalistic bone blade, just cut out the shape and sand the edges so that they are thinner than the center, as if you were sharpening it, but just go far enough that it looks thinner on the edges, then rub it lightly with brown paint (but DO NOT use heat, that makes poison fumes) thick aluminum can be shaped the same wayas for the glowing hilt, wrap a tube with leather or fabric and wire in a decorative way, then insert LEDs into the tubeor, just use a flashlight as a tubethe tang of the blade will go into this tube .( basically the blade will be as long as you want the whole sword including the hilt, but the part where the hilt will go will be narrow enough to fit into the hilt- this narrow part is called the tang)for the non lighted blades, just make the blade with a tang and wrap the tang in the decorative stuff, attaching a bead or something to the end as a pommellif you like these (or not) and need clarification, just contact me, my ideas are never clear when I can't use my hands to point and draw shapes in the air;)
