Wiper Arm connected to the motor keeps popping of, how do I fix it, So the wipers do nor work, I cleaned the balls where the arm connect but did not help, I does not seen to snap on, One arm snaps on but the other one (The one coming does not)
the linkage broke between the driver side and passenger side wiper.a super easy problem to fix your self. usually its like a $20 part

No, you can not. The new mortar, tile and grout will not stick to the old tiles. Unfortunately, you'll need to remove them first.
Best to remove the ceramic tile but to answer your question, yes you can do it. The tile needs to be down solid and tight. The mortar suggested for use on glass tile has the strength and is the recommended mortar to use in bonding to ceramic.
