Does anyone know where I can buy doll making kits (especially Waldorf dolls) in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada?

I just discovered these dolls and they are so cuteI would love to make one for my 13 month old but I think I'd be best to start with a kit as I've never done anything like this beforeI know they exist but I haven't seen anywhere to buy themEven if it's not right in Kitchener but nearby, that would be great.Any info would be appreciated.Thanks!

I'm making shells right now,(waiting for the water to come to a boil for the shells)I'm making half a pan of meat stuffed, and half a pan of cheese stuffed1 Box of jumbo pasta shells-shells cooked in salted boiling water until soft, then rinsed in cold water and drained For the meat stuffing, 1.5 pounds of ground meatloaf mix (beef,pork and veal), a beaten egg, about 1/2 cup fine chop onion, about 1/2 cup fine bread crumbsFor the cheese stuffing, a 12 ounce carton of riccotta cheese mixed with 1 beaten egg, a tablespoon of fine chopped garlic,a tablespoon of fine chopped parsley and about a cup of shredded mozzerella cheese, and a few tablespoons of grated parmesan cheeseAfter the shells are stuffed and in a 13X9 casserole pan, cover with two jars of prepared spaghetti sauceTop with more shredded mozzerella cheese and bake for 1 hour in a 350 oven.Gotta run now-

The filling I've used for years is a spinach filling 1 16 oztub of ricotta 1 pkgfrozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain 2 eggs A handful of shredded mozzarella A handful of shredded Parmesan-Roman-Asiago blend As much garlic as you like Big pinches of salt, pepper, dried basil and oregano Mix it all up, stuff into the boiled shellsPut some sauce in the bottom of the baking dish, put the shells in, cover with sauce, more mozz and Parm blend, dot with sliced black olives, and bake at 350F for about half an hour.
