Pallet expanders are more annoying than anything elese. It's weird when you first get it on. In the begining it just feels like pressyre on some of your back teeth. Eating is a struggle when you first get it on but you get used to it :-) Also when you drink it can be a strugle. I used a straw with everything for a while :)
