Ever since it started getting cold outside, ive left my window open, because i love to wrap my self around blankets, but ever since that my room will freeze, and i will have these vivid, almost realistic dreams, that last for a long time even if im only sleeping for an hour.does this have to do with the cold temperature of my room?
