No but if you go on consumer reports you can see what is the best. I got the fourth on the list and thats a Windtunnel and it wasn't to evpensive either.
Ours has been good so far. Our Oreck didn't last a year. With a Dyson, though, you do have to empty it out. It works pretty well. Other cleaners develop a lot more suction and power, but they pretty quickly (within minutes) lose it down to the Dyson's level as the filters clog.
I love my Dyson. I have dogs and have to vacuum every day. It never loses suction
We have Dyson Vacs here at work and they do work really well for vacuuming the floor, but the attatchments are not user friendly at all! I have already broken one of them, and every time i lift off the hose to use an attatchment i somehow turn off the vacuum! So annoying!
