the bread that i was talking about was the Gardenia whole wheat high fiber breadit's 166 cals for every 2slice (64g).well, if i did what i was saying in here, is that already so much carb? cause i'm on a weight losing mode and wanted to lose 15lbs in 1 month and 1 week.i'm 18yrs old, 5'4 in height and 139lbsthanks.
