I am getting the pallet expander tomorrow.But, I have a little sore on the roof of my mouth.I'm afraid this will hurt. Should I reschedule? and does it hurt getting it put on?
Where did the information regarding toxic wood come from ? Sounds unlikely, as pallets are not used in exotic ways; there are some companies that will paint their pallets, in the hopes that they will not be sold, but returned to them (CHEP is one example ). If possible, and you have the equipment, you could plane the surfaces of the suspect wood; otherwise, you are to be commended for trying to help those who do not have housing, and for the betterment of the forests PS - you may want to look at the EPA website; they may have some info on pallets and if they are treated or not
