I've recently taken up singing and apparently a tall glass of water with about 1/4 cup of lemon juice clears your throat because it takes the mucus down with it which it does do for me at least. But afterwards when I open my mouth widely to spread my palet to sing better it seems all closed.. Is this because lemon juice? It sounds as if my voice goes squeaky when I do though it miught be puberty. Any whom I know its not because I'm a horrible singer because its only when I try to open up my palet.
you can charge it whenever you like. deep cycle batteries like what your jack have can be charged anytime and the charge will not drain your battery before charging like you questioned. the battery gauges on these things should only be looked at as a reference because they are no where near accurate. your charger is probally an automatic charger that will charge your batteries and shut its self off when it reaches full charge automatically.
