You probably need to replace the rest of the tires, and not only get them balanced, but check the belts, too, just in case! Depending on where you go, it shouldn't cost too much money, but would definitely be worth it in the long run.
You answered your own question. You need new tires. The vibration and shimmy is most likely the result of a belt-separation in one or more of the tires which is extremely dangerous.
